Okay, so admission time. I didn't make up this recipe. I got it either from tasty or pinterest, and can't find the exact one right now, BUT they are all good. Here is a little of what I did though. I got some of the queso fresca at the store and shredded that, and I had some ricotta and cheddar. I also used green chiles and chicken. So, I cooked the noodles and then put mixture of all that stuff in them and added some on top. Super yummy! So, look on pinterest for recipes and get the tasty app! Also, follow me on pinterest!
