Ingredients needed: russet potatoes, mayo, sour cream, olive oil, chives, grated cheddar cheese, and bacon.
dice and boil a few russet potatoes. (until potatoes are soft)
Drain and put in bowl you will be using to serve.
Add mayo as much as you want, but be sure to cover all the potatoes.
Then add sour cream again about as much as you want.
Next comes the olive oil. A tablespoon or so should work.
Mix it all into the potatoes covering all the potatoes and making sure everything looks great!
Next mix in the cheese, chives, and bacon. I used turkey bacon because it has less sodium.
End result is a delicious and yummy potato salad.

Shrimp stir fry
Mrs. Dash teriyaki merinade... merinade the shrimp for a bit then add the merinated shrimp with some veggies into a skillet and cook it. Serve over rice
Biscuits and Gravy
Believe it or not there are low sodium country gravy packets out there. Then, I called my mom and asked for her biscuit recipe (which she uses the back of baking powder can). Then I just cut the salt back a little and made this awesomeness! I'm so proud of it!
trout
Jordan did this one. I know we put butter and lemon juice and some Mrs. Dash, but I don't know which one. It was delicious!
Crawfish bisque
I put together veggies and the crawfish and made sure they were grilled a little bit.

Taco Salad
This one is heart healthy and was made with chicken and Mrs. Dash taco seasoning. Thne I sliced up some tomatoes, and I believe we had it with spinach. Then we added cheese and some sour cream. Oh, the taco bowls were made with normal tortillas and I have really cool bowls that you can put the tortillas in to make salad bowls.
Then we added avocado on top.
Then we added avocado on top.

Fabulous MRS. Dash
I'm going to promote this wonderful seasoning. Lately I've been experimenting with different heart healthy meals, and my husband and I have discovered that Mrs. Dash is an awesome spice to use and there are several different kinds! So, here it is!
